Weekly Review June 2-June 8
The last week of school finally arrived! We had a busy one with activities of one sort or another all week. Jeffrey got to go on his McDonald's fieldtrip (see last weekly review) so now maybe we won't have to go for a while! Then on Wednesday he graduated Kindergarten. If only College Graduations were so exciting! They sang and danced their way to the diplomas and goodie bags at the end. Jeffrey's teacher said, "It must be tough to be an Agren". I'm still trying to figure that one out but she said it with a smile so it must be nice, right! On Thursday they had a BBQ and water games at the park. We all went and it wiped Katie Anne right out. Jane had Emma to play with so we all had fun.
After that we went and picked up Jack from school, had last hugs with teachers, and headed home to face SUMMER VACATION! (Who, exactly, gets the vacation???) We kicked things off on Friday morning with presents on a string...each kid had to follow their string to a little present of things to do this summer. It was kinda fun. Jeffrey went to a birthday party and met up with us later at a waterslide party. If you want to see the pictures click here. (Thanks, Shar!)
We relaxed a bit on Saturday and went to an open house for a couple in our ward just married. Our friend who moved to Arizona a year ago came back to visit so we had fun catching up and having the kids play together. Also a good reason for girl's night out. So, a fun week. Katie Anne has learned to scoot backwards and has gotten herself stuck a few times. We have had cooler temps so hopefully we'll have a mild summer (yeah, right!). Have a good week!

All of your pictures are so much fun! Thanks for posting them.
How did you do the pictures? There are so many things I don't know how to do on the blogs.
Looks like you had a great and fun week -- bery BUSY...
The pictures are great. We love the ones of Katie Ann with her dark glasses - a real glammer girl. Great idea about the string and presents. Creative girl.
I just realized I spelled "glammer" wrong. It should have been glamour. What a dud I am.
Love all the pictures! It is a very neat arrangement, you are very good at this blogging thing! Loved the idea of presents on a string - I'll have to try that one.
