Catching up...

It's been a while!
I think I'll work backwards and see how that goes...
Today we had SNOW! SNOW! and more SNOW!  Didn't get stuck in the driveway, though almost.  Didn't slide on the way to church, though almost, and didn't get too cold walking in it, though almost. 

I'm just grateful the snow wasn't last night, because that would have made the trip home from the ROCKETTES much less fun!

My mother-in-law, RuthAnn, took this group here to see the Rockette's straight from Radio City Music Hall, in Salt Lake last night.  We had fabulous seats and had a great time together.  It's amazing what those girls can do! I can barely lift my legs to go up the stairs and they did their famous kicks all night long...even in Santa suits!

I don't have pictures but I did go shopping on Black Friday with my sisters.  We had a great time together...it always helps to be a little tired and loopy!  We got some great deals and I made some friends for life (not really) in line at Kohl's.  We really bonded!


Thursday was the big day!  We hadn't been to my mom's for Thanksgiving since we moved to California in 2000 so it was a big deal for me to be there.  I love it! Below you can see the adult table...

 You would not believe how yummy these desserts were!  If you are ever as lucky as I am to taste that Lemon Meringue, then you will feel pretty darn special!

 We sat around sharing what we are thankful for.  It was quite nice to hear what people had to say!

 Here's my cute mamma!  She works so hard to make everything so nice and perfect and she does such a great job at it!  She deserved this little nap!
