Wedding Shower Time

I have thrown so many baby showers lately that when I was presented an opportunity to help with a wedding shower I didn't even know where to start!  Luckily, 4 of us were helping with the food so I made my pumpkin roll early in the week, then made the kisses even cuter with a little sticker on the bottom. On to decorations:  I made the love banner in the bride's colors, then thought I'd better put something cute on the boards above the table.  The signs say:
Donut to my Glaze
Peanut to my Butter
Cherry to my Sundae
Milk to my Cookies
Cheese to my Macaroni
Spoon to my Bowl
Fork to my Knife
Lid to my Pot
Salt to my Pepper
Dish to my Washer
Water to my Ocean
Spring to my Step
Flip to my Flop
Twinkle to my Eye
Sweet in my Dreams

We had a kitchen/grocery shower where eveyone brought a recipe then part of the ingredients or pans needed to make it.  We put the recipes in the books as they came.  We all cracked up when one lady gave her a box of brownies and said, "My recipe is on the box!"
