Making Progress...

This may not look like much to you, but I am trying to grow my hair out and it is a big pain in the you-know-where! This is several months worth of growth.  I am having trouble with the feel of hair on my neck and ears but I'd like to try this hair thing.  Anyway, today I went in to get a trim up and encouragement from my hair dresser.  Mind you, I've had a rest since then so one side might look a little flat.  Anyway...it's somethin'.
In other news, I had to laugh when Jane showed me this note that Jeffrey handed her:
She does sing a lot of nonsensical songs.  In his defense he did give her a piece of candy to soften the blow.  Too bad she doesn't know how to read yet so she thought he was giving her a NICE note and a piece of candy!  What a good brother.

Your hair looks good so far, keep it up!

Jeffrey's note is too funny! Even funnier that she can't read it, are you going to tell her what it says?

I LOVE Jeffrey's note. That is so darling! Growing up with a bunch of siblings is tough. Sometimes you just need to tell them what isn't working for you. Give that guy a hug!

I've been through what you are going through a few times with the growing out your hair. It stinks! But I finally made it on my 3rd try, I think. The secret is to get hair styles along the way even if they aren't really you.
cute note and story! kids are funny!

Loved the note that Jeffrey wrote! He was really quite nice about it. I think I would keep it and then when she is ready, read it to her. She will probably get a big kick out it - maybe when she's 20!!
