Baldy Lake

Just a couple of weeks later John, Jack, and Jeffrey were off on another backpack trip, this time to Baldy Lake, also in the Windrivers.
  Who went?
 John, Jeffrey, Nate, Isaac, Ethan, Mark, Austin, Jack, Kenny, Kraig, and Brian.

This hike was 'the hard one'.  But again, the views are pretty, pretty, pretty.

This year the big discovery was Jalapeno Cheetos.  They added some nice spice to their burritos.  And everything else, I hear.
That bottom picture with Brian in the hammock was taken for my benefit.  Apparently if I go I get to sit around in a hammock reading.  Hmm...maybe I will like backpacking!

They had a bit of car trouble on the way home.  Since that burb was full and there wasn't room in the tow truck they got to {illegally} ride on the flatbed.  They had a great time even on this part of the adventure, though I heard it smelled quite heavily in there.

Always something pretty to keep things in perspective.
