My last post, The Smell of Kindness, had me thinking. What other senses could I use in a blog post? Then I read these 3 scriptures this morning...just in my normal reading, and they made me smile.
Mormon 1:15 (Mormon talking...) "...therefore I was visited of the Lord, and tasted and knew of the goodness of Jesus."
Proverbs 22:9 "He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor."
Proverbs 22:17 "Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge."I love that no matter what I am thinking about, there is always an appropriate scripture for it in my daily study. Even if it is about a blog post. Perhaps tomorrow I can think about something a little heavier, but it is Monday after all!
